Welcome to The Gentle Zoo!

The Gentle Zoo is a fun and educational petting zoo nestled away on 10 acres in Forney, Texas. Proceeds from The Gentle Zoo benefit our non-profit (501c3) Creature Connection, Inc. We open our barn doors and hearts to rescue animals looking for their forever home. After rehabilitating these wonderful creatures, they are ambassadors for our outreach programs for foster children and at risk youth. The Gentle Zoo has several holiday events planned along with our regular business hours.  We invite you and your family to visit our charming farm and meet our furry family.
